A workspace is where a team or project lives. Each workspace has its own files, task board, notes, canvas, and chat — kept separate from your other workspaces.
Creating a workspace
From your dashboard, create a new workspace, give it a name, and choose a color theme so it's easy to recognize at a glance.
- 1Open the dashboard.
- 2Click 'New Workspace'.
- 3Name it, pick a color, and create.
Inviting members
Invite teammates by email. Members can view and contribute to everything inside the workspace. Changes sync in real time across everyone's screens.
Roles & access
The workspace owner manages membership. Every member sees the same files, boards, and chat, with updates appearing instantly without a refresh.
