Terms of Service

By accessing or using Kang Workspace you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity in your workspaces. Workspaces may be operated in French or English to serve our bilingual community in Cameroon.

You agree to use the service lawfully and to respect the rights of others. You must not use Kang Workspace for fraud, money laundering, distribution of unlawful content, or any activity that violates Cameroonian law — including Law No. 2010/012 on cybersecurity and cybercrime — or the laws of any jurisdiction where you operate.

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in your applicable currency. For Cameroon, plans are priced and charged in Central African CFA francs (XAF). You can manage or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Depending on your country and currency, we support several payment methods. In Cameroon you may pay using MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money, by bank or wallet transfer through the Kang Open Banking API, or by card via Stripe. In other African countries, multi-currency payments are processed by Flutterwave with locally available methods. By submitting a payment you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable amount, including any taxes such as VAT where required.

Except where required by applicable consumer protection law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Where a refund is due, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

You retain ownership of the content you add to your workspaces. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time; certain records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kang Workspace is provided on an "as is" basis, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

For users based in Cameroon, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Cameroon, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
